The Independent Physiotherapy Service (iPS) is a company that provides Phsyiotherapy Services individuals & businesses. iPS is a branch of The Independent General Practice (iGP). Founded in 2004, iGP was the first exclusively Private GP services to be Healthcare (HIW) registered in Wales.
In 2008 Gareth Tremain joined iGP to develop a specialist physiotherapy service. Since 2008 iPS has expanded gradually across South Wales and currently boasts a team of highly experienced physiotherapists working across 6 top quality treatment facilities (across Cardiff, Newport and Bridgend).
Our physiotherapists have an average of over 20 years clinical experience. We have specialists in a range of areas including: Neurological, Musculoskeletal, Sports Injuries, Orthopaedics, Aquatic Physiotherapy, Ultrasound Guided Joint & Soft Tissue Injections, Acupuncture, Vestibular Rehabilitation, Falls Prevention & Rehabilitation, Domiciliary Rehabilitation. We also have a team of highly skilled and motivated Physiotherapy Assistants, who help rehabilitate our patients. This is all underpinned by our very experienced administrators, who are always more than happy to respond to enquiries.
IPS have access to state of the art gym facilities, hydrotherapy pools and highly specialist equipment. All of which help our patients achieve the best possible outcome from their rehabilitation.
